What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in UX/UI design, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Skill Set: Proficient in visual design, user interface, and user experience principles.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI and visual design.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar.
Communication: Ability to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with both creative and technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and design user-centered solutions.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with animation, motion graphics, or 3D design;
Familiarity with co-development projects and collaborative workflows;
Background in AAA game development;
Comfortable working within the CET timezone (+/- 3 hours).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to craft compelling user experiences;
Design intuitive interfaces and visual elements that enhance the gameplay and user interaction;
Conduct user research and implement findings to refine and improve designs;
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with creative and functional requirements;
Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand standards across projects;
Stay up-to-date on UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to continually elevate design quality.
