The Role:

We are searching for a Head of Design. You can be the perfect candidate if you are visionary, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting exceptional visual experiences. What we are looking for:

• You have +7 years of experience in design leadership, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or related creative industries;

• You possess strong expertise in visual design, UI/UX, and creative direction;

• You have experience managing and mentoring a diverse team of designers and artists;

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to completion;

• Responsible and able to work with minimal supervision;

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and past projects;

• Upper-intermediate English level;

• Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical teams.

  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with animation, VFX, and 3D design;

• Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours);

• Experience in co-development and partnerships.

• Experience in AAA game development;

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear vision for the design of our products;

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on creative goals;

• Oversee the entire design process, from ideation to execution;

• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and overall design quality across all projects;

• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement;

• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

• Lead and inspire the design team to create high-quality visuals and user experiences;
