The Role:

We are searching for a Senior Concept Artist to join Inviox Studios. If you are growth-oriented, passionate about visual storytelling, and enjoy working on innovative projects that bring characters and worlds to life, you could be the perfect candidate. What we are looking for:

• You have 4+ years of solid experience as a Concept Artist in the gaming or entertainment industry;

• Expertise in creating high-quality concept art for characters, environments, and props;

• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, including anatomy, perspective, composition, color theory, and lighting;

• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Painter, or Procreate;

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for delivering high-quality concepts;

• Upper-intermediate level of English;

• Able to communicate effectively with both creative and technical team members.

  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in developing visual styles for different genres and settings;

• Familiarity with 3D software for quick blockouts or paintovers;

• Comfortable working in time zones that align with CET (+/- 3 hours);

• Experience in designing for different platforms, including VR/AR.

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality concept art, including characters, environments, props, and key scenes, to guide the visual direction of our projects;

• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and developers to ensure a consistent vision throughout the game;

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate unique ideas and visual styles for new projects;

• Iterate and refine concepts based on feedback to achieve the best possible results;

• Ensure all concepts are visually aligned with the overall style and requirements of the project;

• Work closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
