In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing high-value deals, managing relationships with clients, and driving revenue for our gaming and creative services. Your Role
Business Developer
As a Business Developer, you will work to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our gaming and creative services. You will manage your sales pipeline using our integrated CRM system and work closely with other teams to ensure alignment with Inviox Studios' business goals. You will also report on key metrics such as revenue, closing rate, and commission earned. This role offers a lower base salary but comes with significant commission potential, allowing you to maximize your earnings as you close deals.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in client-facing sales roles, preferably in the creative or gaming industry, with a successful track record of closing deals

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Autonomous and self-driven, capable of managing your own sales process

  • Comfortable working in time zones west of Dubai to align with our target market

  • Fully committed to a full-time position—no other jobs or studies

  • Resilient under pressure and thrives in a high-performance environment


Compensation

  • Example Performance

    - Base Salary: $2,500 per month

    - Deals Closed Worth: $8,000,000 USD

    - Commission: 7% of $8,000,000

    - Total Commission: $560,000 + $30,000 Annual

What You'll Do

    Prospect for new clients, and focus on closing deals.

    Nurture relationships with prospective clients and develop ongoing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

    Participate in ongoing sales training and monthly 1:1 reviews to refine your techniques and stay sharp.

    Report daily on metrics like closing rates, revenue, and total monthly closes, ensuring you know where you stand in relation to your goals.

    Work autonomously to manage your pipeline and sales strategy while following the proven sales process provided by our Sales Manager.
