About the job
We are looking for a content focused Technical Artist who thrives at the intersection of art and technology This role leans more toward visual polish and art driven solutions rather than pipeline or tool development You will work closely with artists designers and engineers to ensure that our assets not only look great but also perform seamlessly in game
Responsibilities
Collaborate with art and design teams to bring visual concepts to life in engine
Polish and optimize shaders materials lighting and VFX for maximum visual impact
Troubleshoot and improve asset performance while maintaining artistic quality
Support the art team with technical solutions for asset integration and implementation
Bridge the gap between creative intent and technical execution ensuring consistency across the game
Requirements
At least seven years of experience in technical artist roles preferably with shipped AAA titles
Strong understanding of real time rendering shaders and material workflows
Solid knowledge of optimization techniques for console PC games
Experience with game engines Unreal Engine preferred
A good eye for art and detail with the ability to enhance visuals technically
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical team members
Nice to Have
Experience creating and implementing particle effects
Familiarity with Python HLSL or Blueprint scripting
Background in 3D art production modeling texturing
