Inviox Studios is seeking a Technical Artist with deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5 to bridge the gap between art and engineering across our ambitious game projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual fidelity and performance of our games by developing tools, optimizing pipelines, and supporting gameplay mechanics — all while keeping our artistic vision and technical constraints in perfect harmony.
We review every application carefully, no matter where you're from.
What's you'll be doing:
Develop and maintain artist-friendly tools using Blueprints, enabling efficient workflows and empowering rapid gameplay prototyping.
Take full ownership of technical systems — from initial design to implementation — ensuring alignment with Art Direction and performance budgets.
Build and maintain complex real-time shaders and advanced materials for environments, VFX, and gameplay-driven interactions.
Optimize art assets and workflows to ensure smooth performance across PC and console platforms.
Provide profiling support, identifying bottlenecks and working with both engineers and artists to resolve them efficiently.
Collaborate with gameplay, VFX, and environment teams to ensure seamless integration between visual targets and system performance.
Support cross-platform development, with experience shipping titles simultaneously on PC and consoles.
(Bonus) Utilize procedural content creation tools like Houdini or UE5’s PCG to enhance world-building pipelines.

Proficiency in Blueprints, enabling them to develop essential tools for artists and provide support for gameplay prototypes.
The capacity to take full ownership of systems, ensuring the implementation of optimal solutions that align with our Art Direction and remain within the designated performance budget.
In-depth knowledge of complex, real-time shaders, which will be crucial for creating advanced materials for environments and supporting both VFX and gameplay mechanics.
A strong understanding of art asset optimization and its direct impact on gameplay performance.
Proven experience in profiling.
Experience in shipping the same project simultaneously across both PC and console platforms.
Knowledge of procedural content creation tools, such as Houdini or PCG, would be considered a valuable bonus.
A highly collaborative mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team.
