Inviox Studios is looking for a senior technical leader to build and lead our platform engineering and porting capabilities across console ecosystems.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality ports across platforms including Nintendo Switch, next-generation Nintendo hardware, Xbox and other console environments, while establishing scalable pipelines and technical standards.

What You Will Do
Lead porting and platform engineering across Nintendo Switch, next-gen Nintendo platforms, Xbox and other consoles
Own performance optimization across CPU, GPU, memory, rendering and streaming systems
Define and standardize porting pipelines, workflows and technical best practices
Work closely with art, engineering and production teams to ensure platform-ready delivery
Act as the main technical point of contact for platform-related discussions with partners and publishers
Build and lead a dedicated platform engineering team
Drive certification, compliance and submission processes across platforms
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience shipping titles on at least one major console platform (Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation)
Strong understanding of console hardware constraints and optimization strategies
Deep experience with Unreal Engine or Unity at an advanced level
Solid background in rendering, memory management and performance optimization
Experience working with console SDKs and platform-specific requirements
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and own delivery end-to-end
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
Nice to Have
Experience shipping on multiple platforms (Switch, Xbox, PlayStation)
Previous leadership role in platform engineering or porting
Experience managing outsourcing or external development partners
Experience building scalable pipelines or internal tools
