Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in the UK and support our growing international team. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy implementation, ensuring our teams are motivated, supported, and aligned with Inviox Studios’ goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UK employment laws.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance reviews.
Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Drive engagement and retention strategies across the UK team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in tech, gaming, or creative industries.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with HR systems and tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational HR tasks with long-term planning.
