Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our India/APAC operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry and a proven track record in management, finance, and sales. A strong background in top AAA companies is essential, alongside world-class communication skills and the ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all business operations for the India branch, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Drive strategic growth initiatives, manage P&L, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
Represent Inviox Studios in industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Build and manage a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Collaborate with global leadership to ensure seamless integration with international operations.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the gaming industry, with a significant portion in AAA game development or publishing companies.
Proven leadership in management, finance, and sales functions within the gaming sector.
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving profitability.
Deep understanding of global gaming market trends and competitive landscapes.
Experience building and leading cross-functional teams in multicultural environments.
