Inviox Studios is a leading global production studio specializing in cutting-edge gaming, film, and creative media solutions. With a diverse and talented team, we provide full-cycle development, AAA game art, animation, sound design, and co-development services to some of the most renowned brands in the entertainment industry. We’re looking to expand our commercial team by hiring a driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting industry relationships, and scaling our portfolio of clients across gaming, film, and creative media sectors.
This role offers flexibility, starting as a 3-month contract (freelance or retainer-based) with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and fit.
What You’ll Do:
Generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals with game developers, publishers, studios, and agencies.
Own and execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
Manage the sales funnel from initial outreach to signed agreements, collaborating closely with producers and leadership.
Understand client needs and pitch tailored outsourcing, co-development, and creative production solutions.
Work with our marketing team to shape messaging, assets, and pitch materials.
Maintain CRM tracking and performance reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—ideally within the gaming, VFX, creative production, or media industries.
A confident communicator and natural networker, capable of pitching and negotiating with C-level executives.
Proven track record of hitting targets and converting leads into long-term clients.
A strong understanding of production pipelines in games, film, or digital media is a plus.
A self-starter mindset—comfortable working remotely and independently with the ability to manage multiple projects.
