The Role
As Country Head – Türkiye, you will be the driving force behind Inviox’s operations and growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing gaming markets. You’ll lead our Istanbul studio, shape regional strategy, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and top creative talent.
This is not just a management role, it’s a leadership opportunity to build and own an entire market under the Inviox brand.
Responsibilities
Establish and lead Inviox Istanbul as a center of excellence in creative production and innovation
Build and manage a high-performing local team across art, production, and operations
Drive business growth and client acquisition in Türkiye and neighboring regions
Oversee financial performance, operations, and local compliance
Collaborate with global leadership to align Turkey operations with Inviox’s overall strategy
Represent Inviox at industry events, trade shows, and business forums
Foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and creative ambition
Requirements
Proven leadership experience in gaming, animation, or creative production industries
Strong business development and operational management background
Deep understanding of the Turkish gaming and creative ecosystem
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English & Turkish
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated success in driving growth, revenue, and team culture
