About Inviox

Inviox is a multi-studio operator and strategic partner working across premium game and interactive entertainment projects. We collaborate with international publishers and IP holders, providing senior-level production, art, and operational leadership across multiple live and in-development titles.

We are expanding our concept art department and are hiring 12 senior concept artists across multiple specializations.

Open Roles & Headcount

We are hiring experienced concept artists in the following areas:

• Military / Characters & Equipment – 7 positions
  (Soldiers, tactical gear, weapons, vehicles, realistic and stylized military themes)

• Environment Concept Artists – 3 positions
  (World-building, locations, landscapes, interiors, mood, lighting, and atmosphere)

• Props / Hard-Surface Concept Artists – 2 positions
  (Weapons, vehicles, tools, machinery, set-dressing, and interactive objects)

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5+ years of professional experience as a concept artist in games, film, or high-end interactive media

• Strong portfolio demonstrating finished, production-ready concepts

• Excellent understanding of

  • Form, composition, lighting, color, and material definition

  • Design clarity for downstream production (3D, animation, VFX)

• Ability to work from briefs, references, and creative direction

• Comfortable iterating quickly and responding to feedback

• Experience working with international teams and pipelines

• Professional proficiency in tools such as Photoshop (required); 3D block-out tools are a plus

Nice to Have

• Shipped titles or AAA / AA production experience

• Experience collaborating closely with art directors and 3D teams

• Ability to adapt between realistic, semi-realistic, and stylized visual styles

• Military or technical subject matter knowledge (for military roles)
