Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and people-focused Community Manager to build, grow, and nurture our gaming community. You will be the bridge between our players, partners, and our internal teams, helping to amplify our brand and ensure our community feels heard and engaged.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute community engagement strategies across Discord, social media, forums, and other channels.
Monitor and respond to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and development teams to share updates, news, and content.
Organize and host community events, AMA sessions, and live streams.
Track community metrics and generate reports to optimize engagement strategies.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe community environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, ideally in gaming or tech.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of gaming culture and trends.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Passion for building communities and engaging with people.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics is a plus.
