Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead Inviox Studios’ global marketing function. The CMO will oversee all marketing operations across 8 offices, manage a large multi-functional team, and develop strategies that strengthen Inviox’s brand, generate leads, and support business development initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s global positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute Inviox Studios’ global marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
Lead and manage all marketing operations across 8 offices, overseeing a large, multi-functional team.
Build and maintain a strong global brand identity and positioning.
Drive lead generation, demand generation, content marketing, digital campaigns, PR, social media, and events.
Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to align marketing with revenue targets.
Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing initiatives across regions.
Represent Inviox at high-profile industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in gaming, tech, or creative industries.
Proven experience managing global marketing operations and large teams.
Demonstrated success in brand building, lead generation, and global marketing strategy.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Data-driven approach with experience in analytics, ROI tracking, and campaign optimization.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced international environment.
Willingness to travel globally as needed.
