Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to lead and scale Inviox Studios’ business development globally. This role is responsible for overseeing all sales operations across 8 offices and a 50+ member team, cultivating high-value client relationships, and executing growth initiatives across multiple markets. The CBDO will report directly to the CEO and act as a key driver of the company’s global expansion and revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute Inviox Studios’ global business development and growth strategy.
Oversee all sales operations across 8+ offices, managing a 50+ people team.
Build, mentor, and lead the global sales, account management, and business development teams.
Identify and pursue new high-value business opportunities, partnerships, and co-development deals.
Maintain and grow relationships with AAA publishers, developers, and strategic industry stakeholders.
Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and closing of high-impact contracts.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to adapt strategy proactively.
Represent Inviox at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings globally.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
Proven track record of leading multi-office, multi-team sales operations.
Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals and building long-term strategic relationships.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with an ability to inspire large teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute globally.
Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced international environments.
Willingness to travel globally as needed.
