Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our expansion in Spain and strengthen our presence in the wider European market. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close new business opportunities with studios, publishers, and developers.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Represent Inviox at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with production and leadership teams to ensure client needs are met.
Drive revenue growth and deliver on regional sales targets.
Requirements
7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within gaming, outsourcing, or creative tech.
Strong knowledge of the Spanish and European gaming ecosystem.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
