Now, we're seeking a visionary Art Director to join our leadership team in the USA and help shape the visual identity of our projects and partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire cross-disciplinary art teams (concept, character, environment, UI/UX, VFX, etc.) across multiple projects.
Define and uphold visual direction and quality benchmarks for both in-house titles and outsourced productions.
Collaborate with production, design, and development leads to align artistic vision with gameplay and technical goals.
Review, critique, and guide art output across teams, ensuring consistency and creativity at every stage.
Represent the USA branch in global creative discussions with our UK and EU teams.
Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and developing top artistic talent.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist in the gaming industry (ideally 5+ years).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality, stylized or realistic game art.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of game pipelines, artistic fundamentals, and current industry trends.
Comfortable working with both internal teams and external clients.
Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
