What you’ll do
Create high-quality 3D assets for mobile and real-time games from blockout to final in-engine delivery
Handle the full asset pipeline including modeling, sculpting, retopology, UVs, baking, and texturing
Produce clean, optimized topology and high-quality texture sets suitable for mobile performance
Work closely with art leads and tech teams to meet visual and technical requirements
Maintain consistency with style guides, references, and production standards
Iterate efficiently based on feedback while keeping quality and deadlines in check
What we’re looking for
Strong experience as a 3D Artist Generalist in game production
Proven ability in texturing, retopology, baking, and asset optimization
Professional experience with ZBrush and Blender as core tools
Solid understanding of PBR workflows and real-time rendering pipelines
Experience using industry-standard tools such as Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Marmoset Toolbag, Photoshop, and similar
Strong eye for form, materials, scale, and detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have
Experience working on high-quality or top-grossing mobile games
Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine workflows
Experience in outsourcing or service-based studios
Ability to handle both hard-surface and organic assets
