Inviox Studios is making its biggest move yet. Today, we're proud to announce that Olav Persson has joined as our Executive Director and with nearly two decades of battle-tested AAA game development experience, this appointment signals exactly where Inviox is headed.

Persson is a leader who has shipped titles that millions of players around the world have loved. From Battlefield 3 to Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield 6, Olav has been a driving force behind some of the most ambitious AAA releases of the last two decades, navigating multi-platform launches, massive live service operations, and complex multi-studio outsourcing at global scale. At Ripple Effect Studios (EA), he led outsourcing strategy and external development as Production Director, building delivery pipelines, managing large volumes of outsourcing partners simultaneously, and setting up internal and external teams with proprietary tools and tech, always ensuring quality, budget, and schedule were never compromised.

In his new role, Olav will be the driving force behind Inviox Studios' growth, leading client relationships from first contact through to signed deal. Working in close partnership with Executive Producer Vlad Belozerov, he ensures every project lands in the right hands and gets delivered to the highest standard, while he continues building the next wave of opportunities for the studio.
